MAGNESIUM DIES

Photoetched magnesium dies can be used in a variety of applications and are very cost effective and timely. Applications commonly used for Magnesium dies include:

Magnesium dies work best with graphic applications, on flexible materials where the finished product should have an embossed appearance. Magnesium is often best used on smaller areas with a smooth texture

.250, 1/4"	Magnesium dies used in foil/hot stamping, debossing, embossing, molds Rubber stamp molds (masters) Halftone applications. Note: 1/4" magnesium dies can be etched extra deep.
.375, 3/8"	Magnesium dies ideal for debossing soft goods such as leather and/ vinyl products.
.918	Letterpress dies, typically magnesium dies mounted on wood to an industry standard.

All thicknesses of magnesium dies can be mounted to wood or aluminum.
