Quality Inspection
Like you, our reputation is based on the products we manufacture. All of the stamps, dies and molds we produce are quality inspected prior to shipment. To ensure the quality of our products we have invested in a state of the art Mitutoyo Crysta - PLUS M574 CMM machine in 2015. This state-of-the-art CMM machine is maintained in a temperature controlled environment to ensure precise, repeatable measurements at all times. Accurate Marking and Manufacturing's CMM capabilities include:
- Inspects parts down to .0001"
- Optical Comparator
- Gauge block
- Gauge pins
- Calipers
- Micrometers
We also have all tradition style of measuring equipment available.
Reverse Engineering
Don't have a blueprint? No problem!
With our state of the art CMM machine we are able to take precision measurement of a sample part. These measurements can then be imported into CAM software where we can generate 2D drawings of the part to be reproduced. When the drawings are complete and approved we can then manufacture the part to your needs. We understand time is money so we provide fast turn-around in order to keep your business productive.
